A client of mine, a long-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy that is highly regarded within the built environment sector, is keen to speak with a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor, with a view to joining their Eltham-based team. Offering the successful Assistant Building Surveyor not only the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-skilled office, but also a clear and structured pathway towards chartership through ongoing APC support and professional development.

Working as part of an experienced surveying team, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain exposure to a diverse and engaging project portfolio across housing, education, commercial, care and healthcare sectors.

Projects will include energy efficiency and retrofit-focused schemes, where you will play a key role in supporting sustainable outcomes and modern building performance. You will work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, gaining hands on experience and expanding your technical and professional skillset.

• Degree in Building Surveying or related construction discipline
• Working towards APC / chartership

• 1-2 years' post-graduate industry experience
• Strong desire for professional development and learning
• Confident communication and team-working skills
• A proactive and positive approach to work

• £35,000 - £42,000
• 36.25-hour working week
