Location - Oxford
What You'll Be Doing- Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
- Preparation of schedules of works
- Contract Administration
- Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
- Planned maintenance programmes
- You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
- 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
