They are considering candidates who have recently graduated and those with about 12 months experience. Their workload spans residential, commercial, and arts projects, and they pride themselves on delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop their skills, enjoys teamwork, and is excited to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Hold a degree in structural engineering
• Ambition to pursue Chartered status in the future
• Some exposure to building structures through university projects, internships, or placements
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn, take on responsibility, and challenge yourself
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for design and engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous, but not essential
