We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a small, close knit groundworks and civil engineering contractor delivering residential and housebuilding infrastructure projects across Bristol and Swindon.
The business delivers residential groundworks and civils packages typically ranging from £3m to £25m, working with leading housebuilders on roads, sewers, drainage, bulk earthworks and associated infrastructure. Projects are delivered under a mix of NEC and JCT contracts.
This opportunity offers genuine flexibility around working arrangements and would suit a Quantity Surveyor seeking a balanced role within a supportive, tight knit team rather than a corporate environment.
Role OverviewAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of residential groundworks and civil engineering projects from pre construction through to final account.
You will manage a small number of projects across Bristol and Swindon, working closely with site teams and directors. The business supports flexible working, allowing you to balance site presence with office or home working depending on project needs.
