The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor
My client are looking for an experienced AQS to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments
- Monitor project costs and report on cost variations and financial performance
- Support the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms
Previous experience in an AQS role in the construction industry is essential
