A leading UK Construction Consultancy service is building on their success by bringing in a Senior Quantity Surveyor into their Manchester office.

The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyors role will be project-biased, working across a diverse range of commercial, residential, and light industrial projects.

Your focus will be to further develop the Consultancies existing client base. Be responsible for managing projects, and mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying Degree or similar
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a construction consultancy
  • Ideally experience within property
