Building Surveyor
A prominent and growing national construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK is looking for a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to work on projects in London and the East Midlands.
This is a primarily remote role with a fair amount of travelling required - the working conditions are super-flexible, including hybrid, condensed hours or even part-time.
The successful Building Surveyor will live a commutable distance for London projects and will attend the Nottingham office once or twice per fortnight.
The Building Surveyor's role
You will cover both project and surveying/reporting duties and will be self-managing from early on.
Your workload will be spread amongst a wide variety of sectors, from residential, to heritage / listed buildings, to ecclesiastical and public sector.
To begin the work is biased towards a London based client completing quinquennial inspections, project management and refurbishment work.
A driving licence and car are therefore highly preferable (all mileage reimbursed etc.)
