Job Description
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site, outlining frameworks and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
- 2 years' experience and understanding of interior fit out processes, particularly CAT A and CAT B.
- Main/fit out contractor background.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
