Quantity Surveyor - Residential / Cladding
50,000 to 60,000 (Negotiable) + Progression + Benefits
Tottenham, North London (Commutable from: Hackney, Stratford, London, Romford, Watford, Hammersmith)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor, with experience in residential construction, looking to join a leading business, where you have the chance to work on state-of-the-art projects across North London and be able to progress your career?


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, in a varied and technical role, where you will be recognised as the go to expert and receive exposure on cladding projects.


The company area a leading property management & construction business, overseeing residential / high rise projects across Greater London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a quantity surveyor to work on their upcoming cladding projects.


In this role you will work as a quantity surveyor for their ongoing project work, you will be responsible for contract management, budget estimation, producing bills of quantities, whilst overseeing sub contract management.


The role would suit a QS with experience in residential construction projects and has an interest in cladding projects.


The Role:

  • Quantity Surveyor
  • New build residential construction & Highrise refurbs
  • Contract management, budget estimates, materials tracking, financial compliance
  • Up to 60,000 (Negotiable)

The Person:

  • Construction background
  • Full Uk driving license
  • Residential construction experience
