A well-established and fast-growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and leisure fit-out projects nationwide. With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, they are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live projects. (Client name withheld at this stage.)
Your new role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial function across 2-3 concurrent fit-out projects. These schemes are predominantly within the commercial and leisure sectors, requiring a hands-on approach from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project costs from inception to completionPreparation and evaluation of subcontractor packagesBudget control, forecasting and reportingProcurement and commercial management of subcontractorsValuations, variations and final accountsLiaising with project teams, clients and stakeholdersEnsuring projects are delivered within margin and programme expectationsWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out (commercial/leisure preferred)Strong understanding of cost control and contract managementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
