Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Talentmark are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a multinational company, on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with some on-site requirements in Stone, Staffordshire.

Rates: 350- 400 ( OUTSIDE IR35 )

Quantity Surveyor Role:

  • Attending client meetings, tracking early warnings and cost adjustment claims.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and client teams to obtain project information and resolve issues.
  • Support the Lead Contract Manager in identifying opportunities to recover entitlement and common pot claims.
  • Monitor milestones, assess programme slippage, and report impacts affecting project delivery.
  • Evaluate claims, benchmark rates and prices, and assess impacts on labour, and equipment entitlements.


Your Background:

  • Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent subcontract coordination and management skills.
  • Experience with standard and bespoke contracts.


Please note: Driver Licence and vehicle mandatory to travel to sites Wrenhall and Peterhead.Expenses will be covered (travel and accommodation)
