Job Description
Hill & Hill Recruitment are looking for a Registered Building Inspector to work with a Local Authority client in North London.
Job Overview:
- Registered Building Inspector with LABC experience, Hybrid working, but includes site inspections within Haringey, own transport required
- Building Control experience (at least 3 years)
- Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
- Achieved a BSR Registration Class ŖA to F" (not just 2A).
- Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections
- Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey) Transport required for site inspections Hourly rate reflected in experience
- Standard DBS required
