We're working with a well-established property and construction consultancy that is continuing to expand its Building Surveying team across the South Coast. As a result of sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to support the delivery of a diverse range of projects across the public and private sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad mix of commissions, including defence estates, emergency services facilities, educational buildings, housing portfolios and commercial property assets. Project values range from small-scale maintenance, and refurbishment works through to multi-million-pound capital improvement programmes.
