Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A or above) to join our expanding Building Control team.

The Role

As a Registered Building Inspector, you will:

  • Undertake site inspections to assess compliance with the Building Regulations.
  • Review plans and provide technical guidance to clients, designers and contractors.
  • Manage a varied caseload of projects appropriate to your registration class.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Deliver a professional, practical and customer-focused Building Control service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A or above).
  • A sound understanding of the Building Regulations and associated legislation.
  • Previous experience working within Building Control.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • A full UK driving licence.
