Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a flexible remote consultancy role where your expertise is truly valued?
If you have a strong background in civil engineering, extensive NEC contract knowledge, and enjoy managing your own workload while working remotely, this could be the perfect opportunity.
We're looking for a Consultant Quantity Surveyor to support projects across our Northern Region. As there is no fixed regional office, this role can be carried out remotely, making it ideal for a self-motivated professional with excellent time management skills.
What's in it for you?

Fully remote working
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Opportunity to work on major civil engineering projects within a collaborative team.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the pricing and agreement of compensation events.
Supporting the production of commercial reports.
Managing subcontractor accounts and subcontract packages.
Working with NEC contract forms to ensure effective commercial management.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering.
QS Degree or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of NEC contract forms.
Experience placing and managing subcontract packages.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
