You will likeThe Environmental Clerk of Works role itself offers a dynamic mix of on-site environmental monitoring, compliance auditing, and technical reporting. You will haveTo be successful as Environmental Clerk of Works, you will have a healthy mix of the following:
Desirable skills for more senior candidates include experience in advising contractors, understanding environmental legislation, and building effective relationships with project stakeholders. Membership of the Association of Environmental Clerks of Works (AECoW) and a current CSCS card are advantageous, alongside knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CAR, SuDS, and EIA.
