Job Description
A unique PQS Consultancy is seeking an independent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to be able to bring in their own projects from any sector they like.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead and deliver their projects from inception to completion, whilst supporting and mentoring the junior Quantity Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Capable of procuring new projects
- Excellent at client relations
- Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree
- MRICS (or working towards)
- Great pre and post contract experience
- Driving licence and car
