Quantity Surveyor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an up and coming main contractor based in Bath. The business specialises in the commercial fit-out sector and operates nationally. Projects are a mix of Cat A and B and value up to 5mil.
The business is now in a position where they're looking to expand the team, and are therefore now looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into the team.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for pricing projects and subsequently going on to manage them on site, alongside a Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
- Sub-contract procurement
- Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
- Deal with final accounts
Key requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Construction related HNC / Degree
- Experience working within a main contractor
- Experience administering JCT forms of contract
- Must live within a commutable distance to Oxford and have the full right to work in the UK
