Location: Fawley Refinery, Near Southampton
Rate: 350 - 500 per day
Contract: 6 Months
Start Date: 3rd August 2026

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project at Fawley Refinery, overseeing the storage facility package under a JCT contract.

This is a predominantly site-based role, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, with limited flexibility for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of the project package.
• Administer JCT contracts.
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting.

Requirements

• Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Civil engineering or infrastructure project experience.
• Excellent commercial and communication skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
