My client is a prestigious company looking for a bright and capable Graduate Structural Engineer / Civil Engineer to join their 2 year fast track Graduate Programme. You will spend time in various departments working on both internal and external projects. The aim of the programme is to ensure that you become a valued member of the Product Owner team.

• Work with Product Owner team on software development and CAD projects.
• Assist in designing, analysing, and drafting structural solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers across departments.
• Contribute to internal and external project deliverables.

• A degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Programming experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD/CAD-CAE software.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design.
• Creative, hands on problem solving abilities.
• Strong mathematical analysis skills and ability to work from first principles.

Based in Birmingham, commutable from surrounding areas such as Wolverhampton. Salary between £20,000 - £30,000. Benefits include 25 days' holiday, annual pay reviews, flexible working hours, free parking and pension scheme.
