PDS, a long standing engineering firm in the UK, seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and commercial control on infrastructure projects. You will review terms, negotiate with clients, and manage change using EWN/Compensation event processes while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
You will report to the Financial Controller and work across all projects within PDS.
