Winthrop Technologies is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) to join our Blyth project team. You will manage all commercial aspects, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, and lead subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations on large-scale data-centre projects.
You will collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to ensure financial control, risk management, and timely final accounts, while maintaining contractual documentation and reporting to senior management.
