Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy, is looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of public and private sector projects, delivering a broad range of professional building surveying and project management services.

They offer genuine career progression, support towards chartership (where applicable), and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals on high profile schemes.

• Deliver building surveying and project management services across multiple sectors.
• Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, due diligence and technical reporting.
• Manage refurbishment and improvement projects from inception through to completion.
• Carry out contract administration duties and manage pre and post contract responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development activities.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or are working towards accreditation.
• Experience in a client facing building surveying role.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, CDM Regulations and current building legislation.
• AutoCAD experience (Revit would be advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel across the region.

Experience within education, healthcare, local authority, government or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
