We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy in Telford. The role covers commercial, domestic, educational and leisure projects with responsibilities for feasibility studies, contract administration (JCT/NEC4) and monthly valuations.
The successful candidate will also handle final accounts and change control, with opportunities to project manage schemes where appropriate.
