Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant - Location: Central London, EC2

The Role We are looking for either an Intermediate or Senior Cost Consultant to join their London team. This is a client facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion. Candidate Requirements - Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a reputable UK Cost Consultancy.
- Education: A BSc in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related construction degree.
- Professional Status: MRICS Chartered status is desirable. We also encourage applications from candidates currently working towards their APC who have the requisite consultancy experience.
- Project Expertise: Experience delivering projects across Mixed-Use, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, or Civils sectors.
- Skills: Ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Mentoring experience is an asset, as is any prior exposure to Employer's Agent (EA) duties.
- Location: We are recruiting for candidates currently based in London or those willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits - Basic Salary: 45,000 to 70,000 GBP per annum.
