4 Month Contract - Immediate Start £540 per day Outside IR35 On-site working (5 days per week)

As a Building Control Surveyor you will play a pivotal role supporting a busy team, reporting into a Principal Surveyor and working across a varied portfolio of construction projects. This opportunity offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to work on complex developments where your inspections and compliance knowledge will directly shape outcomes.

• Carry out plan checking on a wide range of construction projects to ensure compliance
• Conduct site inspections and enforce building regulations across developments
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders via phone, email, and face to face
• Assess and manage dangerous structures safely during working hours
• Support team development, mentoring trainee and assistant surveyors

• Hold BSR Registration (minimum Class 2A, ideally 2F) - essential
• Have corporate membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong independent working and decision making abilityli>
• Solid understanding of Building Regulations & Building Safety Act
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance
