Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £25,878 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring building surveyor with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for delivering high quality homes and services.
In this role, you'll develop your surveying skills and career while working alongside experienced professionals to help maintain, improve and protect B3Living homes. You'll gain practical experience inspecting properties, supporting planned maintenance projects and ensuring work is completed to high standards, while learning about building compliance, procurement and contract management. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility, working closely with customers, contractors and colleagues to help deliver safe, well maintained homes and excellent value for money.
Qualifications & ExperienceNo specific experience is required, however, the following would be advantageous:
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to undertake a DBS check.
