Are you an Associate level structural engineer who is a driven and creative problem solver with a can do attitude? Interested in working for a business where future equity/profit share could be yours? This role suits a design led candidate who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, from staging and film sets to exhibitions, high end bespoke residential, industrial and logistics work for top national and international clients.

Schemes generally go up to £25m in value and include both UK and international work. Projects are often one off schemes that require a caring, collaborative, and thoughtful approach. You will need to run projects, deal with sensitive clients and mentor junior staff as the firm grows from 12 to around 30 staff over the next few years.

• Lead and manage design projects from brief to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical design solutions for a range of building types.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and proposals.

• Associate level structural engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client facing abilities.
• Experience with BIM or equivalent design tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for project sites as required.
