Fusion People require a Building Surveyor to join a rail contractor on a contract basis in Scotland. You will inspect operation property including stations, depots and lineside buildings and report to the Operations Director.
The role demands full STE05 competence, a degree in Building Surveying (or similar), UK driving licence, and proficiency in Citadel software for reporting. You will manage access arrangements and maintain professional conduct on site.
