We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Surveyor to join a major 50-storey reinforced concrete frame residential project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark development with an expected duration of approximately 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of subcontractor packages
- Procurement and subcontract administration
- Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Preparation of payment applications and final accounts
- Working closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Surveyor on large RC frame residential projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Contract:
- Freelance
- Immediate start (or as agreed)
- 2-year project duration
- Competitive day rate, dependent on experience
