Building Surveyor - Corporate & Commercial portfolio - Oxfordshire - Client Side (Local Authority) - Hybrid - Home / Site working - Long Term Contract (estimated up to 18 months) - c 300 per day (CIS / Self Employed) or c 225 per day PAYE ( 58.5k pa) - weekly pay - Excellent prospects & personal development
A prestigious local government body who encourage personal development and qualifications, require an Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire to assist in writing specifications, producing reports and asset and stock condition surveys on the corporate and commercial portfolio. A newly qualified Surveyor would also be considered if can provide a demonstrable knowledge of writing specifications and reports.
To apply for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire you should have experience of writing specifications and reports or have demonstrable knowledge of such through the graduate process.
The primary duties of the Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:
- To provide a comprehensive Surveying service including stock condition and asset verification, producing specifications and reports.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance the clients reputation and deliver a first class service.
- Working with experienced, chartered Surveyors in a team dynamic.
The successful candidate for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire should have the following experience:
- Qualified in a Surveying or Construction discipline.
- The ability to deliver specifications in writing.
- The ability to assess the condition of stock.
- Good IT skills.
