This is more than a design role. You'll be trusted to lead technical delivery, build client relationships and help shape project outcomes from concept through to completion. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with experts across a wide range of engineering disciplines whilst contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
For Principal Engineers, there is a clear opportunity to influence strategy, mentor teams and support business development activities, whilst Senior Engineers will have the platform to develop towards technical leadership and Chartership progression if not already achieved.
