Our client are a well-established mechanical contractor specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems across both the public and private sectors.
HQ based in East London.
The Role - Assistant QS / Assistant Estimator
My client are looking for a proactive individual to join their close-knit team.
You will need to have a minimum of 1 year UK experience in the construction/building services industry.

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions

Support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and procurement schedules

Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Utilise Microsoft Excel and specific software to analyse project costs, produce reports, and maintain commercial records.
