Conrad Consulting is proud to be working with a respected independent property consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Commercial Building Surveyor to support continued growth across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor seeking greater responsibility, increased client exposure and a genuine pathway to Partnership.

Operating from home with a survey patch designed around your location, you'll manage a varied portfolio of commercial surveying instructions while working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Commercial Building Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Surveys
• Technical Due Diligence
• Acquisition Surveys
• Schedules of Condition

Beyond technical delivery, you'll have opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships, contribute to business development and help shape the future growth of the business.

There is also scope to become involved in wider professional services including expert witness work, general practice surveying and multidisciplinary projects.

You'll possess:

• MRICS or MCIOB Chartered status
• Extensive commercial building surveying experience
• A proven ability to manage complex surveying instructions
• Excellent technical reporting and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• The confidence to build and develop client relationships
• Full UK driving licence

• £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
