Job Description
The Director of Cost Management for a PQS practice in Hertfordshire is looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to work alongside him as they grow the Quantity Surveying team.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a Quantity Surveying team who work on an array of projects, including offices, car parks, medical centres, and healthcare facilities across London and the Home Counties, with project values up to 30 million.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will attend site, carrying pre and post contract roles - including contract administration, and much more.
An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with ambitions to progress to Senior level and who is looking to avoid the London commute.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Based in Hertfordshire / surrounding area
- 3+ years quantity surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Good contract administration experience
- Any healthcare project experience would be a plus
