Project Surveyor London
Are you a commercially astute Project Surveyor looking to work on some of London's most prestigious high-end residential projects?
We're looking for a driven and proactive Project Surveyor to join an established commercial team, working under an experienced Commercial Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of packages while continuing to develop their career within a supportive environment.
The Role

Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account.

Preparing and agreeing variations.

Cost reporting and commercial management of live projects.

Supporting the Commercial Lead across multiple schemes.

Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.

Ensuring projects remain commercially successful from start to finish.
What We're Looking For

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor within the construction industry.

Strong experience managing subcontract packages.

Excellent knowledge of variations and commercial processes.

Able to work independently while supporting a senior commercial team.

Professional, proactive and commercially minded.

Experience within high-end residential or super-prime projects would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
