Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy

Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging as high as 1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between 20m - 100m.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
- End-to-end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities
- Work closely the building contractor and various project stakeholders
- Provide excellent level of service to the client
- Work closely with the company directors

Requirements:
- Experience delivering construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working with consultancy or building contractor
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
