Job Description

A boutique, well established and highly backed Construction Consultancy are now looking to add professional Quantity Surveyor to their teams in Central London. (Holborn)

The Quantity Surveyor should bring Hotel, High End or Leisure knowledge.

This Construction Consultancy work with some of the most prestigious Hotel chains in the world, so national and international projects are expected.

Excellent salary and bonus scheme in place.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across a mixed portfolio of hotel & leisure projects across London, starting with a refurbishment in Farringdon and a fit out in Mayfair.

The Quantity Surveyors will be taking on:
  • Estimate total costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Run feasibility studies to see if a project is affordable.
  • Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities for bidding.
  • Help choose and hire contractors and suppliers
A high level of understanding in high end finish is important.

The background of the Quantity Surveyor
  • Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Quantity Surveying background with Hotel & Leisure experience
  • Willingness to run client meetings and take full project life cycle
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Understanding within the £5M - £30M contract values
