A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Knutsford team, supporting the delivery of high-rise residential projects across the Northwest.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic consultancy, taking a leading role in delivering high-rise residential schemes while working closely with other senior colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role across both QS and EA duties, managing key project deliverables while providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or working towards
- Experience working within a UK PQS / Construction Consultancy
- Ideally High-End Residential experience
- Experience in mentoring junior QS's
- Can work well within a family-feel team
- Commutable to Knutsford
