Job Description
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Southampton
Salary: 60 - 70K + Package + Bonus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Assist in the procurement and administration of subcontractor packages
- Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
- Contribute to monthly cost/value reconciliation and financial reporting
- Work closely with operational teams to support project delivery and identify commercial risks and opportunities
Experience:
- Ideally experienced in new build schemes valued above 10m
- Experience in NEC form of Contract
- Experience within one of the following sectors: industrial, commercial, healthcare, education
