Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to expand its Manchester team with the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked on prime residential or broader residential schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveying team, working on the successful delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre and post contract stages while working closely with the client and junior members of the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or working towards
  • Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
  • Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
  • Ideally experience with working for private clients
  • PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience
  • Based in the Northwest
