Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its growing team in Kent.

Working across London and the South East, you will deliver building surveying and project consultancy services to a strong portfolio of public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on education, residential, public and community buildings.

You will be involved in a varied workload including:

• Building condition and measured surveys
• Defect analysis and technical reporting
• Specification writing and tender documentation
• Contract Administration and Employer s Agent duties
• Building regulations and planning applications
• Project delivery across a range of sectors

Experience with Party Wall matters, DDA audits, CDM, aids and adaptations and AutoCAD would be advantageous.

We are looking for a Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will ideally be working towards MRICS and have experience delivering professional and project-based building surveying services.

You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload and developing strong client relationships.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
