Quantity Surveyor
Gatwick & Central London
40 Hours per Week
6 month contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects within a major framework programme. Applications from experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial notices, correspondence, valuations, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Support risk and value management activities.
- Administer contracts and manage subcontractor procurement.
- Prepare commercial reports and maintain contract compliance.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
About You
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
- Good understanding of contracts and commercial management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Desirable Qualifications
- RICS or CICES accredited degree.
- Working towards or holding RICS/CICES membership.
