We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor based in Bournemouth on a stadia project. Due to the scale of the project, the company are now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued at around 85m looking after large subcontractor packages such as groundworks and MEP.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
- Manage subcontract procurement
- Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
- Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
- Deal with final accounts
Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:
- Have a HNC / degree in construction-based field
- Have administered JCT form of contract
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
- Must live within commutable distance to Bournemouth
