Job Description

A director at a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their Southampton office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an expanding QS team where they will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to act in a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • A RICS accredited degree
  • Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • At least 4 years' experience in a PQS.
  • Car and driver's license
