Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required to join a established but expanding Building Contractor based in Stratford East London.
The works the company carry out is Groundworks, R/C Frames, Services, Power and Data with a fair share of their projects being Data Centres and therefore they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator that has experience in pricing and working on such projects.
The Company have an approximate 40m turnover UK, and are well established in Europe as well.
The salary on offer is 70k- 75k with a 10% bonus scheme along with a package to be negotiated which includes travel.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor / Estimator to be park of the company but will consider long term freelance Candidates.
A good and steady established track record is required with checkable references essential.
