A nation-wide multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Salisbury office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative Cost Management team, working on complex projects, both pre and post contract, with projects valued from 5m upwards
The Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as monitoring the project finances and contractual relationships, preparing feasibility reports, cost management and interim payments.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying Degree, or RICS accredited
- Working towards MRICS
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Experience working in the defence sector
- Client facing
- Driving licence and car
- British Citizen (needed to obtain security clearance)
