D&B Project Manager Fit Out & Refurbishment
We re currently working with an established D&B contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into their team as they continue to take on new work across London.
The business delivers high-end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £500k to £5m+, with a strong amount of repeat business and a growing order book.
This is a hands-on PM role where you ll have real ownership of your projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You ll work directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team, with responsibility for keeping projects commercially and operationally on track.
The Opportunity
- Manage multiple D&B commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Project values typically up to £5m+
- Take ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality and delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Be involved from pre-construction through to handover
