a ades Quantity Surveyor - Salary up to 80,000
We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong fa ades experience to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in fa ades, with experience working as a Fa ades Quantity Surveyor and, ideally, having come from a specialist fa ades contractor rather than a generalist construction background.
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine understanding of fa ade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations, variations and commercial management.
Key requirements:
- Strong fa ades experience is essential
- Proven experience as a Fa ades Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally from a specialist fa ades contractor background
- Hungry, ambitious and commercially driven
- Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved in the detail
- Strong understanding of fa ade packages and subcontractor management
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Salary: up to 80,000, depending on experience.
