Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with a passion for social housing?

We're looking for a Project Surveyor to oversee planned maintenance and investment programmes across our housing stock. You'll carry out property inspections, supervise contractors on-site, manage snagging and defects, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post-work property inspections.
• Oversee contractors and act as Clerk of Works.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety on site.
• Prepare schedules of works and technical reports.
• Support planned works programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, fire safety, and energy efficiency projects.
• Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience surveying residential properties and diagnosing building defects.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance, capital works, or asset management.
• Experience managing contractors and construction projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
